Today's TED video features Neurologist Vilayanur Ramachandran conveying some ground breaking research on how brain damage can reveal the connection between the internal structures of the brain and the corresponding functions of the mind.
In this 24 minute video Ramachandran provides amazing stories of people hear colour and smell sounds, and people who suffer from phantom limb pain. His amazingly simple treatments have changed people lives.
