Family guy spin-off series on the way

Attention Family Guy fans. A spin-off series is on the way, currently being developed by Seth McFarlane himself. The show is untitled at this stage but will centre around Peter's neighbour Cleveland Brown.
I have to say I love Family Guy but if I was asked to choose a character for a spin-off series, my response would be 'Giggidy Giggidy!"
That said, bring on the Cleveland Brown show. He has potential.
