Last week I wrote that Nine Inch Nails front man Trent Reznor had made his new album available in several flavours for download on his web site, a route more artists are starting to consider.

It turns out the gamble worked as Rezor is reporting that in just one week he has earned $US1.6 million in orders and downloads. Well done.
