German Court rules in favour of file sharers

Further proof the Europeans are the most open minded in the P2P file sharing war, a German court has ruled the identities of file-sharers can no longer be revealed to companies who accuse them of copyright infringement. Only those accused of harsh crimes such as child pornography, murder etc can be spied on.
