Those crazy Germans! I am only half German, so I guess that makes me only half crazy. But seriously, replacing perfectly good interactive humans with a robotic waiting service is taking German engineering expertise too far.
All dishes delivered to the patrons tables are via a roller-coaster-eque system of rails and tracks. I want to know what you are supposed to do if the food is unsatisfactory. Complain to the hardware?
