The filter is supposed to look for 'offensive' words, like "ass" for example, and replace it with the less offensive equivalent - "butt". The problem though is it applies to all instances of the word even if contained within a perfectly safe word - so 'passport' now becomes 'pbuttport', 'title' becomes 'breastle', 'constitution' becomes 'consbreastution' and so on.
