If you've ever thought about dropping your email client (Outlook Thunderbird etc) and moving over to a web based client, like Gmail, I can testify that it's actually great.

Up until about a month ago I used Outlook 100% of the time for email, which was mirrored on my Gmail account just for the sake of it. After quitting Outlook cold turkey to force myself to get used to Gmail (using the Better Gmail2 plug-in for Firefox helps) I can confidently say I am much happier.
