Microsoft BSODs the Olympic opening ceremonies

This is too funny to not post. Every Windows user is familiar with the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death), and we have seen it pop up on numerous , but did you see it during the opening ceremony at the Beijing Olympics? Me neither, but that's because I couldn't give a toss about the Olympics.

Luckily though some people do care, and were able to spot the BSOD for our amusement.

There are more of these here and here, including high res versions.

Typical. MS is always trying to remind people about themselves, getting in on all the action. Probably counterfeit versions anyway, knowing the Chinese :)

I wish someone had enough resolution to read the error code.

I must be missing something. It's got to be a Vista thing, right?

...in response to this comment by Friendo. Nah its a Microsoft thing in general. Every version of windows comes with the BSOD preinstalled :-)

That is pretty funny, but the top one shows the date as the 9/8/08, (and the opening ceremony was the 8/8/08) so it could be a hoax.
