While I'm still struggling to find a single good real world use for Google Wave, the guys over at MacLife have .
I'd probably mess around with Wave more if its performance in Firefox wasn't so dismal. It's a beta but in my opinion it's unusable unless you switch to Chrome.
Anyway, for what it's worth cast a vote below.

But I think a web-based application is always better, since there's nothing to download or install.
