These could possibly be among the dumbest thieves in recent memory. Someone recently had their Macbook stolen and like may other people in the same situation there is little or no hope of recovery.

But the chances of recovery have increased now since the crooks were dumb enough to allow their photos to be uploaded to a popular image hosting service.

The Macbook in question has Photobooth installed, with a setting enabled that automatically uploads any photos you take to Flickr. Although most of the photos are distorted (A feature of Photobooth) some of them are clear enough.
