NASA heading back to Jupiter

NASA have plans in their road map to send new robotic probes to the largest body in our solar system, Jupiter. The last time we had any hardware out that far was when Galileo sent back images supporting evidence of liquid beneath sheets of ice on the Jupiter moons Europa, Callisto and Ganymede.

The new probe, JIMO (Jupiter Icy Moons Orbiter) will utilise the latest technologies available for high res imaging and also for propulsion.

The HAL9000 computer which was not considered for this mission, was unavailable for comment.

All These Worlds Are Yours Except Europa. Attempt No Landing There. Use Them Together. Use Them in Peace.
