UFO sighting video stirs debate

While most people concede this to be a clever fake, some are not so convinced.
The viral video making the rounds this week shows what appears to be a couple of UFO's flying over Haiti and eventually making formation with several others before the footage abruptly ends.
While I am sure we are not alone in this universe, in this author's opinion this video is nothing more than a convincing effect. Anyone have a different opinion?

I spotted evidence of fakery. Pause the video at 00.10.
Notice the palm trees on the left and the right. The tops look nearly identical, and the slight differences show only because the camera is closer to the left, putting us a a different angle to the tree on the right.
I wonder which software package they used.

It was probably one of the regular ones like 3D Studio Max. It's insanely complex. Luckily I rarely have to use it myself. But when I do, I feel like I am learning it all over again every time.
