Hacking Vista

eEye co-founders Marc Maiffret and Derek Soeder have demonstrated how easy it is to bypass the security in Microsoft's new Vista operating system.

In this video Maiffret shows how a seemingly innocent email attachment from a friend was able to disable the Firewall when opened. Soeder was then able to connect to the host computer for any malicious purpose he desires.

This sort of pisses me off. It's been 10 years since Windows 98 and the message is just not getting through to MS.
