Former McDonalds employee awarded 6 million

This is truly an incredibly bizarre case. Staff at a McDonalds store were told to make employee Louise Ogborn remove her clothing and be strip-searched by assistant managers, all at the direction of someone calling in and identifying themselves as a Police officer.

Ogborn unwillingly complied with all requests. She was completely nude and was asked to do exercises, and perform oral sex on the staff member Walter Nix Jr. Nix is now serving five years in prison for his part in the assault.

Why every party involved in this case chose to comply with these outlandish requests by the caller is beyond my comprehension. Even giving Nix the benefit of the doubt and assuming he was daft enough to think that a Police officer would instruct anyone to make Ogborn take her clothes off, perform exercises, and bend over for a cavity search, the point at which he was instructed to maker her perform oral sex on him must have made him realise there was something fishy going on.

In fact I am going to go out on a limb here and say he probably knew this entire situation was wrong, but thought getting his jollies off would be fun. In my book, that makes Nix a sexual pervert, and he was lucky as hell to have only gotten 5 years. As for Ogborn, she has won her court case against McDonalds and was awarded 6 million in damages.

The incident, which took place in a McDonalds back office during a busy Friday night, lasted several hours. Watch the video footage below.

JAsmin: Mcdonalds were sued because it was allowed to happen by their brainless employees. The fat idle bastard in the video is a perverted wanker getting cheap thrills. Hopefully he will be somebody's bitch in jail.

As much as i am loathed to see mcdonalds escape a law suite it doesn't seem fair they were sued in this case. The victim is entitled to compensation awarded by the state not by a company that couldn't have possible done anything to avoid this happening. Just unfortunate they had gullible idiots working that night.

Victim? Why should a company have to pay out over a persons own stupidity? Just like the spilled hot coffee lawsuit, if your that damn ignorant, why should you be rewarded?

What probably happened here was they the people doing this (the guy she gave head to was her boyfriend to) knew it was a prank of some sort but did it anyway. They should be the only people in trouble.

I read another article that the guy making the phone calls was absolved of all charges.

This is truely an incredible case, how the poor girl did not recognise that it was BS is beyond me. Seriously, a strip search conducted by a boss, then nude aerobics then pole smoking, it is just too BS.

Actually, I'd like to know at which point she stopped adhereing to the requests of the supposed cop caller.

How the f_ck? Victim? Or just clever? I can't believe anyone would be that stupid so I can only guess she played along realising she could would win a law suit against them.

Want to know what was going on in her head?: "$100,000, $200,000, $300, 000...."

The caller was a collaborator!!

That's the only explanation I can logically accept...

The manager and her boyfriend Nix planned the whole thing, sexually perverted as they be, and thought blaming an unidentified caller would clear their name... Can't believe this wasn't even a part of the investigation!
