Dentist: Breast rubs are part of the procedure

Californian dentist Mark Anderson is fighting to retain is dental licence claiming that the twenty seven times he fondled patients breasts was a legitimate dental procedure.
In one particular instance Anderson is alleged to have gone under a patient's shirt and bra.

Tuesday 16th October 2007 | 10:02 AMThere is a significant and obvious difference between having your pectoral muscle massaged and having your breats played with. Presumably the dentist would not have just dived in there, so to speak, and would have explained what he was doing and why he was doing it.
It also seems fishy to me that the patients would endure this fondle on several occasions before lodging this class action.
