Because I like to make fun of things I hate or that annoy me one way or another, here are some web site warning labels I would like to see.
That was pretty damn funny.

Saturday 2nd August 2008 | 06:35 PMHe he. I've noticed you dont like IE

Dan L.
Saturday 2nd August 2008 | 07:48 PMDon't let the Diggers see that!

Jim
Saturday 2nd August 2008 | 07:53 PMI've seen something similar, but this is awesome. I love the MySpace and StumbleUpon, so true!

Saturday 2nd August 2008 | 09:33 PMHAHAHAHA! Nice one Mike, I love it :-D
You forgot to do one for the micro$oft website.

Jake
Monday 4th August 2008 | 07:01 AMThat was classic, how about one for Bill O'Reilly's, just infront of the sign that says "You are now entering the 'no spin zone'", place a sign that says something to the order of, "You are actually entering the spin zone, infact, you may vomit from the vellocity. We accept no liability for you loosing your lunch".

Monday 4th August 2008 | 05:04 PMNice work Mike.
Couldn't we make a Greasemonkey script RL users could download to add those very messages?
...in response to this comment by Rodney. Haha yes very easily in fact! And we include them with our own Firefox installation :-)

Nikki
Wednesday 20th August 2008 | 10:59 AMThumbs up for the Paris Hilton one.

Monday 22nd September 2008 | 07:02 AMNice idea, although if you are criticising people's intellectual capacities then it helps if you spell intellectual correctly.
Oh, and anally has two Ls in it. ;-)
Now, leave me to my insomnia.
...in response to this comment by Cabby. Cabby,
I don't know where you are from, but I advise caution on the spelling critique. Mike (and RL) uses an Australian Dictionary. If you are in Australia, never mind, but this can cause confusion when-like me-you are not used to using this dictionary. To make matters worse, I could not spell worth a damn to begin with;-)
Mike...funny stuff..That is really too bad there is no such thing. Perhaps if there was, we could set preferences.

...in response to this comment by Cabby. Nice spotting. I wish Photoshop had spell checking :-)

Jeff
Tuesday 23rd September 2008 | 03:37 PM...in response to this comment by Nathan. Not Christianity, but Fundamentalist Christianity. I think even Christians will agree there is a distinct difference.
Very funny.
Typical, the religious lot whinging as usuall.
You should do another one for bad spelling and grammar on forums and comments.
Wow! Great and Next One! ;)

Wolfie!
Tuesday 23rd September 2008 | 07:26 PMFacebook.
Caution: applications you don't want will be fired at you by a dozen users you hardly know, while you search for a place to actually write something on your own page.
...in response to this comment by Wolfie!. That's brilliant because it's fricking true. I can't believe I didn't think of that one.
Good stuff! Got here via stumble, gave a thumbs up!

Thursday 25th September 2008 | 06:34 AMLol, those are pretty damn funny. Especially considering the fact that i stumbled here.
STUMBLED!
I refuse to visit Digg for the reason you stated above and you are bang on about the comments on YouTube.
Excellent post.

...in response to this comment by Nathan. He is not ragging on christianity... He is pointing out the idiocy of christians. Haven't you ever wondered why demographics of religiosity overlay almost perfectly with those of IQ? Its because statistically religious persons are shown to have lower IQs than those of the non-religious. I'm not calling you an idiot... but your an idiot.

Paris Fanatic
Wednesday 8th October 2008 | 01:54 AMOK seriously! This was funny for a while! I was laughing my ass off! Up until I got to one that I found to be particularly offensive and UNfunny... HOW CAN I KEEP UP TO DATE WITH P. HILT WITHOUT THE OFFICIAL SITE!? This is blatant hate mongering and abuse and it WILL NOT be tolerated. You sir, should be aware that you have been added to the list and will be summarily dealt with. Consider yourself notified.
Although, propellors to the other ones there was much mirth to be gleaned.
P.S. I am using IE 7 so I have all sorts off hacker tools and experience.

Scott
Wednesday 8th October 2008 | 05:32 PMthis is great. the stumbleupon one is totally true, I stumbled here myself.
at 2:30 am
Really funny! Great job! Layout of site cool as well!

Saturday 18th October 2008 | 12:08 AM...in response to this comment by Ogre. So did I! And my stumbleupon doesn't give me insomnia; I've always had that!
I haven't slept in 42 hours thanks to StumbleUpon. :)

Me
Friday 24th October 2008 | 11:01 AMTHat's funny. I've been "stumbling" all night.
I thought it was pretty good also. I love stumble myself but never have time to realy spend on it. As others have said, once you stumble you keep on stumbling on and find some fantastic weird and wonderful and whacky sites that keep you amused for hours on end.
I especially loved the floppy one of President Bush flying through the clouds..

aaron
Saturday 25th October 2008 | 07:57 AMheres one for you : warning.... hippies that cant explain in depth what caused the big bang or where whatever caused it came from ....you have FAITH that something unexplainable caused it

Sunday 26th October 2008 | 02:21 PMStumbleupon... whats that then?

Alex Guy
Sunday 26th October 2008 | 02:31 PMI found all of them funny especially the one about StumbleUpon (I found this at 1:25). However, I didn't like the one about YouTube. It's mostly true, but there are some meaningful comments and debates in there. In fact, rational people should participate more in YouTube instead of just shrugging.

Sunday 26th October 2008 | 05:06 PMusername easily_led made me lol

Monday 27th October 2008 | 02:35 AMWARNING: Christians have no sense of humor, and think the whole world is picking on them.
___
This is what I like about Stumbleupon, all readers can leave comments the websites owner can't control - a little free speech goes a long way.

...in response to this comment by . You sound like Ashoka.

someone
Wednesday 29th October 2008 | 06:03 AMpeople who are like ohhh the creationism one is so edgy and funny are retards who cares just cause its about religion you think whoever wrote it has balls not really everyone says it so just shut up ..

ROFL.. ha ha good list of warning. Job well done.
So do you have a greasemonkey script that produces these when you visit those sites? If so please provide a link ;). If not let me know and I'll get on it :D.

Friday 18th September 2009 | 04:13 AM...in response to this comment by Chris Crocker. No, Paris is a media whore and ergo deserves whatever negative media she accrues... can't always swing up for her (lol).

Sunday 20th September 2009 | 03:06 AMOh yeah, another cheap jab at Christianity. Because we're so closed minded and ignorant, yet professors from college's and universities get fired for even mentioning something other then your precious evolution theory.
Keep taking cheap shots at Christians, we'll see whose laughing in the end.
"yet professors from college's and universities get fired for even mentioning something other then your precious evolution theory."
Same thing goes for Religious schools if professors mention an alternative theory to the infallibility of the Bible.

Balthazar
Saturday 26th September 2009 | 09:56 AMWell, its 3AM and I found this after an hour or three of going through StumbleUpon, so yeah, that was pretty on the money.

Thursday 7th January 2010 | 08:39 AMLol. This article was hilarious, even through I stumbledupon it... heh.

lifemare
Thursday 7th January 2010 | 10:30 PMi'd change the youtube one. teen trolls abound everywhere, it's not site-specific.
What IS wrong with Youtube is censoring! Most interesting, relevant, polemic videos are systematically purged.
So the warning should actually say:
If you intend on uploadin or watching anything other than cat videos, you have come to the wrong place.

Thursday 31st March 2011 | 07:38 AMLOL :D I absolutely love the "Rip Off Warning" it's really funny. Good job!!!
